Google search for artist release forms and youll find a generic one floatin about.

It's a musical comedy called Southland Tales. Seann William Scott, Sarah Michelle Gellar and Jake Gyllenhall are rumoured, though nothing's die-cast yet.

loads of films/tv programs are alike. What makes them different is how good the script is, how well it's shot, how well it's directed and edited... you get the idea. Just because the basic plot or idea is similar does not mean it will be an identical film.
